Stacy Orrick has more than twenty years of experience in staff recruitment and human resources. Her recruitment activity extends from New England to California. Along with her extensive medical and dental clients, she has an active base in the fields of law, IT, education, finance, and telecommunications.

Staff Recruitment/HR Consulting

  • Assist clients in creating job postings and utilizing job boards that attract quality candidates.
  • Receive and review all resumes to identify those qualified candidates who match client requirements.
  • Conduct extensive phone interviews with pre-screened candidates to gain information about their expertise, education, experience and character.
  • Provide client with detailed written report on each candidate who has a positive interview and discuss the results with the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate and schedule all in-person interviews with selected pre-screened candidates.
  • Participate with the hiring manager in evaluating the candidates after interview and final selection process.
  • Perform complete reference & background checks and prepare the job offer to selected candidate.
  • Work with clients on policies and procedures including benefits selection.
  • Assist and advise in regards to conflict resolution.
